All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made using the methods provided on our website.

 

5. Shipping

We currently ship to Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Soon we will also ship to other European countries and worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are specified during the ordering process.

 

6. Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the moment the order is received. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns are free of charge by Helsy, excluding the postage cost, which is paid by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.

All designs, logos, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Helsy Sh.P.K and protected under intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
