1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Kosovo

  • Albania

  • North Macedonia

Soon we will also expand shipping to other European countries and worldwide.

 

2. Delivery Time

  • For Kosovo: 1-2 business days.

  • For regional countries (Albania, North Macedonia): 5-7 business days.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • For Kosovo: Shipping is free of charge.

  • For regional countries: Shipping costs will be specified during the checkout process.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that your order is on its way.

  • If you would like information on the status of your shipment, please contact our team at info@helsy-ks.com and we will provide the available information.

 

5. Returns and Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, with original tags and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Helsy Sh.P.K offers free returns for products themselves, excluding postage costs.

 

6. Special Restrictions

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned.

  • Helsy Sh.P.K is not responsible for delays caused by shipping services outside of our control.
