Refund policy

At Helsy, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

Returns

  • You can return any item within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color, if stock allows.

  • If the requested size or color is unavailable, you can return the item for a refund or store credit.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of a defective or incorrect item, Helsy will cover the return shipping costs.
